my site says

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'shep100uk.mybb_datacache' doesn't exist
Query:
SELECT title,cache FROM mybb_datacache

and i dont have a database backup

is there any way to fix this please help

no mate i accidentley deleted it in phpmyadmin
