Yes For all file types and want to use mybb attachment system for remotely hosted.
my hosting dont allow for upload and download, For this i want all file types upload in hosted files.

If you want something like this you'll either have to develop it yourself or have someone develop it for you.
A more reasonable decision would be to get a better web host.
