I downloaded mybb 1.8 (1700) and installed on my localhost for testing. The issue is on "Configuration --> Languages" The button "Options" is not working.

Edit: The Button "Options" does not work anywhere I tried it.

That is because all prototype JS features were stripped and are currently being rewritten for jQuery
