No matter which pictures i try to upload it but i cannot upload any Avatar?

It says "The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again." no matter which pictures i try that is what it says......

Never mind folks, I've done something and it seems to work now.

For future archives, can we know what the problem was and the solution?

Well the problem was, i think Avatar upload was not working somehow because i can't upload any pictures at all and rh1n0 here help me, i don't know how he did it he just fix the problem that is all i know.

Right, his folders didn't seem to have the right CHMOD set and those other two files didn't either. All found in the Wiki.
