I have installed time pluggin for spam protection. Could you tell best pluggin for spam protection that will do all? I would also like to have date of birth pluggin like mybb have.

I have downloaded spamlyzer but do not know how to upload it. I uploded it in inc/pluggin but actually it is a text file so it doesnt install.

There are folder structures premade in the spamalyser archive. All you have to upload the 2 folders along with all the subs and files at the root of your site.
After that you need to set a good settings to make the spamalyzer actually work best for you.

I have tried, its a single file. and i do not see any file extract option for this also. Please tell me or guide me about image tutorial for this. or if i need some software to extract file, let me know.
Its an archive. Use 7z or Winrar to extract the content from the archive you've downloaded.
