The logo text is rather large and not vertically aligned properly.
The theme might come out better if you improve your implementation and graphics. Lower the opacity of highlight on boxes (that white bevel), maybe use a bit of very light gradient; Breadcrumbs bar is not evenly placed between the content and header.. few other things
Needs more work and fine tuning

What do you mean with the opacity of the highlight boxes?
Could you post a screenshot about it?
Also what resolution are you using?
I'll test out the simplicity theme in a little bit. I did notice that you have a glitch on your forum index. Here is what's happening to me:

@rzr I think the shading is actually fine.
