how do i change this to english? (where it says mitglieder)

that is members list link - actually it should be in header template
admin panel >> templates >> (your) theme templates >> Header Templates >> header

but in the specific theme, it can be in all header welcomeblock templates !!

i still cant find it

^ should be in header_welcomeblock_guest and header_welcomeblock_member templates.
