When you go to link above, it redirects somewhere else. Check if there is logo.png image on your host.

Yes there is, and I got this problem with every theme.

it appears that theme related images are not uploaded.
theme's archive consists of images in a folder with theme name. for eg. elegant theme should have it's
images in elegant folder. that images folder needs to be uploaded to images folder of MyBB files server.
eg. images/elegant folder of MyBB files server should consist of elegant theme's images.

Upload your theme image directory came with your theme inside the directory called 'images' situated at the root of your board using an FTP client like Filezilla.

I do that everytime..
