I got a error after moving to new server. It is

The subject is too long. Please enter a subject shorter than 85 character.

But when i test i other hosting, it is ok again. Maybe it is server issue. But i don't know what it wrong. I have tried with all the way which post at this forum but it not work.

One more thing, it is ok when i post with english character.

And get error when i post whith unicode character.

Can someone help me?

Don't use unicode in the subject then?

^ @gamemaster, I could reproduce it on MyBB 1.6.10 (used unicode for the subject title)

Edit:
open /inc/datahandlers/post.php file in a text editor (eg. notepad++)
find below code around line 220

if($subject_length > 85)

try increasing 85 to a higher number (eg. 160), save the file and check
