Hy i`m new here,sorry for my bad english first ..
I need some support for you all guys ..I have a problem with a stupid guy what make me hungry ..I have a forum http://onlyons.ro/forum

..And this guy is always put me an redirect to his forum page,this guy is not an administrator,or a member at my forum his banned ..How can i do to protect my forum from his stupid redirect ..
