Dear friends, how I can limit the access to a thread, and hide it?

I need to limit the access to specific threads for users with less of 50 posts. Also the private thread must be hidden to this users (to prevent flooding, users can flood only to obtain 50 posts)

Put the users with more than fifty posts in a usergroup. Put the special threads in a forum only visible to that group.

Yes Leefish, but I want to limit the access to sporadic threads posted in public forums, Is this possible?
