My forum is having 3 unusual users... The Akismet plugin already banned the user ids. But these ids are active in the forum 24hrs all day for the past 2 weeks. Their active ip's are changing from various countries from Russia to Brazil.. All the IP's are blacklisted for spam while checking with whatismyipaddress.com. Can you suggest me what is the best solution, Is it safe to delete these id's ? or let them continue as banned users ?

Imo just ignore if they are banned they cant do anything or change their password so they cant able to login

Put the usernames Email addresses in disallowed and Delete them.

Thanks for your inputs. I already acted in the way Samuel suggested. Changed the passwords. Now they are not seen anywhere. Now I moved the emails and usernames to the banned list.
