I want to add statcounter which is a statistics program and need to know how to add it in the footer so it'll be on every page.

I added it to the global #footer but it didn't work.
is this also done in advanced under global?

You need to go to the theme you are using.
ACP > Templates & Styles > Templates (left) > "ThemeName" Templates > Footer Templates > Footer
aha ha...it was the expand I missed. thank you that did the trick.
