Default Thread Subscription Mode:
Do not subscribe :

I want to change it to
Instant email notification
By Default.

Second :

I installed alert pluggins:

I want all the tick clicked by default. there are some clicks by default, rest users have to click themselves. I want them tick by default also.
Please tell me how to do it.
