I noticed when turning on "Minify Stylesheets?" it causes the theme to do this:

To reproduce, just turn on "Minify stylesheets" and then go to your forms index page.

Currently you have to go into your theme and re-save the stylesheets. It's something I've been working on whenever I have time. We need to hook into the settings change and update existing styles or something.
