I think the default reputation should go Ajax when adding point for a post; i dont think we have to do many steps while giving reputation, just "click" and it's done, no need to wait popup loading and click submit.

I'm expecting a change in default mybb codes, or a plugin that i can do this.

i think this will be made in mybb 2, because in mybb 2 there will be a lot of use of ajax and jquery

MyBB 1.8 uses jQuery. I'm not sure what you mean by "there will be a lot of use of ajax and jquery" as that won't necessarily be the case.
