I need a plugin to do the following:

When a user signs up, they have say 10 days to get __ post and _ rep. If they do nto, they get banned with a certain reason and are told to use the contact form.

By the way wouldnt need a plugin for this I would do this with a task that you run say once a day or more if you want and it would handle all this. Could do as a plugin so you can set parametera like ban reason rep limit and post count.
