When a user signs up on my client's forum, they pay for a year subscription. After a year, there is a Group Promotion set to change their Primary User Group to Support Expired (only after the Time Registered goes over 12 months). This is working as you would expect, however, if you sign into the Admin CP and change a specific user's Primary User Group back to 'Registered', the setting in the Group Promotion area automatically reverts it back to Support Expired.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to change the settings so that, users still expire after 12 months except in a case where a specific Primary User Group is individually changed manually?
