I have a localhost with Mybb 1.7 on it and when I went to update to the newest version from git. I noticed that you can not change the theme any more so, I did a fresh Install and same thing you can not change theme any more.

Can someone check this
So I know it not just me and my localhost
and if it not just me maybe someone can report bug!!!

It's a JS Feature and as nathan is currently changing prototype to jQuery some things are broken.
