So my forum database was just leaked and as a result, we've had to change everyones passwords. However, nobody is getting their recovery email when using the recovery/lost password feature.

Members also never get activation emails.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> Logs --> System Mail Log --> check if it has errors logged

Hmm doesn't seem so.

which mail system you are using (php or smtp) and run php test mail to check whether you receive it

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> mail settings --> Mail Logging -->
if email logging is disabled then set it to log everything & check system mail log after awhile

Everything is fine but still no emails.
