hello friends.

I want to ask, how to perform a database backup:

1. user
2. thread
3. post.
4. Private Messages
5. avatar
6. forum & category

just that.

You can make a backup of the database in the Admin CP:

Admin CP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Database Backups.

To make a backup of the avatars, if you let people upload avatars to your server you are going to need to access your forum files and backup them.
