So, i'd like to offer my forum as a TOR hidden service, as well as on a regular domain.

Is there any way to do this? I know that cookies will be a problem right off the bat, however, is there a way to make http://myforum.com/ also work if the user visits http://sertrtrerteggrt.onion/ ? I don't want to run two copies of the same forum, I just want the same forum to run on two different domains.

Any help is appreciated. Smile
Nobody has been able to answer this yet Sad I really need help with a solution.
I see two possible issues:

1. Content duplication. If Google (or other search engines) see the same content available at different URLs it can affect your ranking. Providing a canonical URL will fix this but will expose the fact you have multiple URLs (what is the implication of being able to see the real address being hidden by TOR?).

2. Cookies. Cookies can only be shared with hosts on the same domain. If you log into myforum.com, this session will not be valid for sertrtrerteggrt.onion. The user will also get warnings if you have your cookie host set incorrectly.

As to how to have your forum available on both hosts, you either have the forum software installed in both places (and point to the same database, but with security risks) or set up the server to answer to both names.
