i changed my host to a new one. i done it using following tutorial

problem is after i log it redirect to old web page. hence that i can't log into Admin CP to change the home URL or Board URL. what should i do ?

You can change it temporary in your settings.php file (you can find it in inc folder). You need to change it from your ACP if you can log in to your ACP later.
