I have a weird problem....

A user posted a thread..
Another one user commented for it...

After the comment, the whole attachments in the forum is attached to that post..

All existing post attachment's is broken now..

What to do now ?

does your forum use TapaTalk plugin ? if so, is it updated to the latest version ?
