You could do one of 3 things,
Wait for a plugin to be created,
Add an external website/service such as UserVoice to do this (UserVoice is a support system)(RECOMENDED)
Build a simple form using Wufoo or another form builder and add it to a page on your site. (Would be my second choice).

There is a plugin, but it's for 1.4: http://mods.mybb.com/view/bug-tracker
You can try changing the compatibility to 16* and running this script http://community.mybb.com/thread-108595.html and it may work well with 1.6.
