Ok, so I noticed a issue recently on my forum. I just noticed it so I don't know when it started or what caused it. Basically, the format bar in the editor in not showing up. It doesn't show for new thread or new reply.

I'll attach a screenshot.

whether you are using cloudflare.

turn off the Rocket Loader
