In which template can I find </td><td width="160px" valign="top"> ?
Looks like the portal, but if you are not confident changing the html you can seriously ruin your theme.

Hmm, I cannot check that page with validator, but it is not hugely different to the default layout. Try reverting the member_register_regimage template.
