hello is there a way to block links that containt particular domains?
for example: if a user starts a thread, the plugin should automatically obfuscate the link in order to block such domain

You must stay within the limits of the parser. If you have HTML enabled in posts (you really shouldn't for security reasons) then using HTML as a replacement will work. MyCode will work regardless([b], [u], [i], etc.).
