Looks like a good start. But why not make the site fluid? You don't have a whole lot going on so a fluid design wouldn't hurt anything.

Sweet stuff. I've never given any attention to typography before TTH vids, so I'm just starting on using different fonts. What do I need to work on?
And what do you mean about widths?
At my resolution the header content goes way beyond of the width of the main content.
For fonts well typography is hard
. I'm not sure how to explain but your fonts seem all over the place or don't seem to really fit imo.
