Hello, i was uploaded all the files from other of my website, and it looks very strange. How i can turn it to normal?

You have changed the css:

.header_right_panel { 
width: 476px;
}

remove the width.

Sorry and where i can find this?

^ admin panel >> themes >> active theme >> global.css >> edit in advanced mode (tab)

You should be support denied at the first place for not including MyBB linkback to your site.
