I just want to change the colors of this and wondering if there is a location of the html/css?

When you change the colors of .thead, .trow1 and .trow2; The colors of the friendly redirection page would be changed along with it. The friendly redirection page also uses the global.css stylesheet so you don't have to worry much about it.
