I have recently gotten into "building" websites and am having what i think is a "nooobish" problem . I have loaded mybb via filezilla onto my server , i am able to access my admin control panel and begin to build my website , but , when i go to the actual website , all i get is Idex of / , with a list of things for said website . When I used the step by step instructions via this site all went well , ecept for this part . Please help as this is very frustrating at the moment . Thank you in andvance to any and all that try to help .

You haven't uploaded any of the root files, only the directories.

ugh , kinda thought might have been what happened , how do i fix this ? as i said , i am somewhat new to 'building' a website .

Reupload the files.
