I seen a plugin a while back and i used it and it worked great however i cannot seem to find it anymore.

the plugin was a contact form replaces the original one that allows the options so if someone contacts through the form an email will be sent and option for as pm to be sent to a certain staff member or group.

Do you mean a contact form in which the person contacting can pick which method to use to contact? Like send an e-mail or send a PM to a certain staff member?

no the one im talking about is the admin chooses to receive the emails from the contact form by pm
