Hello, i have installed this plugin but it does not appear or i cant find the spray wall on my forum.

Only i cant find the spray id on Moderator Controls
Where is that?
You need to change "Moderator usergroups" so it contains your group and enable "Approve new sprays" if you want to disapprove sprays at the beginning. Everything is done in wall.php, you can do it for every spray you select.
Nah, thanks but that was not my point. i have contacted the developer and he told me, that i cant find it in the html page.
He will update this asap as he got time and make it more user friendly.
