I once paid $35 for a guy to design me a forum..
he just designed on how forum looks and when i said it where are the codes that needs to be uploaded he said that it will have to be coded

Why wouldn't you try and do it yourself? :o Instead of getting someone to do it all for you, cause if you actually get members to join and they suggest things you won't know how to add anything? :|
