I am looking for a mybb theme designer. Only contact me if you agree with these terms:

1.) I pay $100 paypal
2.) The payment will be sent upon a bug free demo on your own space
3.) After I've tested the demo, I'll send you the $100
4.) After you got my payment, you send me the files

I am looking for something clean, and more or less minimalistic.

Actually, you're a little under budget. Wake up and smell the coffee. We put a lot of hours into what we do.
