For the userbar, upload the image/userbar to your FTP. For example to your image directory. After that, go into the group settings and in the Group Image add the path to the userbar and save it.
Example:
Image Name: userbar.png
Directory: .images/
Path: images/userbar.png

The overlay cherry image doesn't look like an userbar, I think it's a logo but need to be sure that's why I requested a link to their forum.

Overlay Cherry is logo. In order to change that you would need another logo. Once you have a logo, upload it to your images directory then change the path in your theme settings.
