Hi.
I had a sub-domain for my forum, but I wanted to change the name of it. I followed the exact same steps previously, which was to create a new sub-domain from cPanel and editing the bburl and cookies in inc/settings.php. However as it turned out, my old link is giving me a 404 error and my new sub-domain cannot be found by the server.
Hostgator recently just 'upgraded' my server (I have no idea what's the changes) so could it be the issue? or is setting up of a sub-domain to the forum available only once although I highly doubt so?
Any advice? Thanks in advance.
