Can you post what you have in your headerinclude template?

Also, you didn't answer my question. Is there still a problem with the inline thread moderation when you test it on the default MyBB theme?
Do you experience issues with other Javascripts (editor, quick reply etc.)? Does it work in default theme?

If the answers are no, it may be suhosin.cookie.encrypt issue. Ask your hosting if it's enabled (should be disabled).

If the answer to any question is yes, it's most likely a jQuery <=> Prototype conflict. Follow this guidance http://community.mybb.com/thread-135747....ght=jquery to get rid of it.

It works on other themes yes, and how would I locate the headerinclude? thanks.

It works on other themes, I don't experience any other problems with anything else, only that part. I'll check out the guideline now.

Where would I put that code he suggests to add, he tells you what to add. I'm just not sure where to put it.

Nevermind guys, a nice member on here fixed it for me. Thanks a lot all for your suggestions and help!
