Upon hovering, how would I go about adding an underline effect.

I thought I knew how to, but I guess I was mistaken.

ACP>Templates & Styles>Themes>YOUR THEME>Global.css

In the dropdown, look for a:hover, a:active, add the following by Text Decoration:

underline
