We have upgraded our forum from 1.1.6 to 1.2.2 everything went well but we couldnt login. What could be causing this?

Sounds like your cookie settings are incorrect or not set.
[Wiki: Cookies] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)
Your cookie settings should be the following:
Cookie Domain: .zoomcities.info
Cookie Path: /newforum/
Go to ACP > Board Settings > General Configuration to make the changes.

Is the reputations of myBB 1.1.6 compatible with 1.2.2?
Will it be carried over? and how?

All the standard features in 1.1.* work with 1.2.*. So, yes, it is.

Actually the reputations won't be because of changes with the system.
Is there a patch or a way that can carry these reputations over?

When we do a New Reply on the myBB 1.2.2 version board, we dont see the Formatting Bar at all..
What could be causing this?

UCP > Edit Options
Make sure 'Show the MyCode formatting options on the posting pages.' is checked.
