when making a forum post

urls end up like this example.com/showthread.php?tid=4060

cant we have /showthread.php?tid=treadname

example
/showthread.php?tid=washing machine
/showthread.php?tid=best shoes
/showthread.php?tid=play-station3
/showthread.php?tid=xbox-360

etc

this will help in seo rather then numbers right please help me i am standing here just rotate me to the right direction thanks buddies

with Google SEO default settings we get URLs like below
forumURL/forum-forumname
forumURL/thread-threadtitle
forumURL/user-username
