Hello All,
I have create a customer user registration field called:
Service User, with the following settings:
Title: Service User
Short Description: please enter the name of the service you use
Field type: textbox
Max length:90
Field length: 0
Seletable options: blank
display order: 20
Required: YES
Editable by user: NO
Hide on profile: no
Minimum post count: 0
When i view the registration form, it is visible and required, GOOD
however when as the admin from the admin panel i go to view the data entered in this section, there is nothing, also the same when i view the users profile, any ideas why it appears not to be storing the data in the database? i can see when i look in the DB in user_fields that my customer field which is ID 4 has the following data held against it:
ufid: 4
fid1:
fid2:
fid3: Undisclosed
fid4:
What is going on and why is the data not saving?
