hi how can i delete all members apart from my account
ALSO WHEN I TRY AND REMOVE USERS IN THE ADMIN CP I GET THIS MESSAGE
Sorry, but you did not select any users. Please select some users and try again.

Can you enter the database management like phpMyAdmin? Then it is easier.
Go there, select your forum database, click DELETE FROM [your table prefix]users

If you have no access, go to Adminpanel -> Users. There you must select the checkbox at all users manually. Then select in the combobox under the userlist Delete user(s). Click Go. Make sure that your current User is not selected.

Both ways must work.

and it appears that javascript is not working in admin panel. do you also have problem with inline moderation ?
