most of us are facing that annoying captcha and it is inevitable for MyBB community to use that to combat spammers

seems a really bad idea for any other site as it would soon make a board loose members as its really annoying

It's not that annoying. What would be worse is seeing this board overrun with spam.

This is run by cloudflare, it doesn't just catch you when making a thread, it checks when it thinks something that looks like spam has been sent via POST.

Are you going through a proxy or a VPN? If so try visiting it without it. It's probably cloudflare seeing your IP/IP-Range as a know spammer/ddos/hacker.

Looks like CloudFlare's WAF being triggered. If you try to do something funky like posting <script> tags, CloudFlare will see it as a potential threat.
