That's like 6 high quality posts for $1. I would pay for at least 8 posts for $1. From what I know there are either HQ posts or LQ posts, no "Average" quality.
Mind clearing my confusion please?

Average quality is exactly what it sounds like. The posts are average.
The high quality posts are reserved more for subjects I'm knowledgeable in. With high quality posts I will create informative threads and give in-depth posts about the topic.
