Hi
I cannot insert a .gif image for some reason on my forum
It works for other images like .png but for.gif it shows an error box with a red X and [image:picture.gif] inside the box.
This didnt happen before so I think something caused it to happen but I dont know what
Edit: It is not just .gif
but some .pngs too
this is so weird
some pngs work, some dont

What plugins did you install recently? Also, are you uploading .gif image through attachments or using the [img] tags?

I am using a [img] tag

Could be because of me messing with templates and styles but I dont remember what I did

Can you provide a screenshot of the error and where are you getting this error?

it is like all images in the "images" folder cant be img tagged

Are you trying to edit a template? In templates, don't use [img] tags. Instead use the following:

<img src="LINK">

i couldnt img tag for certain images belong in my images directory
could this be some kind of chmodd error?
because I tried using other pics and it works
