is it possible to make specific selected thread of many threads in any forum only readable to specific selected user group?

e.g if one forum category has 50 threads and is it possible to make any of them to readable to only specific groups but visible to everyone?

Definitely a plugin is required for that.
I don't know anything available which does this but its easy to code.
