For example, this forum's icon is a cloud. How i can change mine?

Do you mean a favicon? If so, you need to create one and upload it to your directory with a filename of favicon and file type of .ico

How to go there.

^ you have to upload the icon to your forum's files server (use ftp client like filezilla or file manager at web host panel)
