I've already added folders (images and jscripts) to the root of my forum.

When in ACP there is no option to "add new theme"
(see picture)

People are saying "Import a xml file to ACP" ... I'm not sure how to do that.

I really need some help with changing my theme.

Uhm... This is MyBB support forum. On screenshot there is phpBB admin control panel. This is how MyBB panel looks: http://docs.mybb.com/Admin_CP_Themes.html

So how do I get the "myBB panel"
Can you provide a link? Because I went to http://www.mybb.com/downloads and downloaded: MyBB 1.6.10

Do you have teamviewer?

^ first decide whether you want to use phpBB or MyBB. PM me if you need direct help (not through teamviewer) with MyBB or phpBB
